Student Complaint

This form should be completed when a student, parent, or community member has a written concern or charge of dissatisfaction with a person, service, or process within the School of Brokering.

NOTE: The form does not apply to grade appeals, tuition appeals, violations of the Code of Student Conduct or Academic Conduct, or violations of discrimination, harassment, or sexual harassment. Please refer to the Student Information tab to learn how to address these issues. 

Complainant Form

The School of Brokering aims to resolve any disagreements professionally. Students should attempt to resolve the issue informally with the individual or department directly involved when appropriate.


If an issue or problem still exists, the following formal complaint process should be followed. All formal complaints must be in writing using this online Student Complaint Form.

State Reporting Information

If the student and the School of Brokering cannot resolve a complaint, the student may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education using the information below.
